Liverpool entered the second leg of the Champions League semifinal facing an improbable 3-0 deficit. The Reds had the support of the Anfield crowd but were without the services of Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino due to injuries. However, Anfield helped them comeback against all odds as they pulled off an unbelievable 4-0 victory to advance to the Champions League final on June 1 in Madrid where they will play the winner of Tottenham vs. Ajax.

Divock Origi and Georginio Wijnaldum both scored twice, with three of Liverpool's goals coming in the second half.

Manchester United fear Eric Bailly has suffered a major knee injury after he was forced off on his comeback against Chelsea.

Bailly was recalled for his first appearance since March 6 in the Premier League draw with Chelsea at Old Trafford but required lengthy treatment following a 68th-minute challenge and was replaced by Marcos Rojo. Bailly, 24, has been beset by injuries during his United career and is unlikely to figure in the remaining fixtures against Huddersfield and Cardiff, having started just 14 club games all season.

Marcus Rashford also had to come off with a shoulder injury in the 65th minute. Rashford has scored three in his last 15 but Solskjaer did not say the 21-year-old was out for the remainder of the season.

The two goals scored by URA's Shafic kagimu ended the home unbeaten record of KCCA yesterday. Kagimu scored a penalty in the 25th minute giving URA an early lead. This then saw Timothy Awanyi's would be equaliser for KCCA around the 60th minute but Kagimu took to another penalty in the 80th minute which saw the game end in favour of URA.
Full time: KCCA FC 1- 2 URA.
However despite KCCA's loss they are still at the top with 45 points.

Kepa Arrizabalaga Chealsea goal keeper has been fined a weeks wage and apologised for refusing to be substituted during Sunday's Carabao Cup Final defeat by Manchester City. Arrizabalaga refused to be replaced by W***y Caballero at Wembley. However Manger Maurizio Sarri says he and Kepa have had a "Good conversation" since the incident and added that kepa realised he made a mistake in the way he reacted.

Manchester United is likely to face Crystal palace without nine senior players in today's premier league game. Some of the players include Juan Mata, Ander Herrera and Jesse Lingard who were all injured in the draw with Liverpool. United Manger Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says the injuries are linked to the increased workload.
