Hey hey. I hope you are all well and safe. We have now moved our dance fitness classes online and yes, you can still stay active and Fit during this time. We all could use some little joy and dancing will do just that for you. We have class tonight at 6pm and tomorrow Saturday,at 9am. As a fitness instructor, alot of times I get asked by ladies if they should workout during pregnancy, when is the right time to resume working out after ceaserian, what workouts are best post natal etc. I can only answer basing on my experience- but this doesn't apply to everyone. So, the Zumba Munyonyo class will be hosting Dr.Romano Byaruhanga @ Speke Resort Munyonyo on 23/03/2019 9 am for a discussion on Pre & post natal workouts and nutrition- and ofcourse, we shall have a simple dance workout. So invite a friend, sister, neighbor and get learning.
