The BBA just like any successful organization has its core values plus a vision to guide it as well as the mission statement that it follows. Therefore, those core values are stated below;

THE BBA MISSION STATEMENT: The mission statement for the BBA Academy – Uganda is as follows;

“To be one of the leading Sports Academies globally and to build many beneficial international partnerships within sports, academia and create various opportunities for our academy members to tap into within the country as well as globally�. BBA Academy VISION:

The major vision of the BBA Academy is stated below;

“To be a professionally run sports academy upholding high standards, shaping future stars, employing quality staff and volunteers that deliver results with that good personal touch to our academy members, clientele, business partners, shareholders ensuring value on investment and satisfaction to all parties involved�. BBA ACADEMY RATIONALE

The BBA Academy Uganda has its rationale as follows;

-The BBA Academy will target children from the age of 5 to the age of 17 years respectively.
-The BBA Academy will have various programs targeting respective age groups.
-The BBA Academy will train its members the fundamentals of basketball.
-The BBA Academy will provide appropriate equipment for the training sessions.
-The BBA Academy will also provide healthy living tips during interaction with its members.
-The BBA Academy will have its schedules shared with its clientele, members respectively. Registration and Membership for BBA Academy

BBA has a registration and membership procedure that will be clearly stipulated to all clientele, members, parents, guardians and schools.
