We're based in Makindye Division - Kampala, Uganda and this tournament officially started 2018. Kanta Football Tournament (KFT) is a Non-profitable Organization and a Non-partisan or Non-Political affiliated Football Tournament based in Makindye Division which follows the ethics of football of Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) and Federation of International Football Association (F
IFA) as a whole. KFT Management is a law abiding entity of the Republic of the Government of Uganda and continues to follow SOPs Guidelines as stipulated by the Ministry of Health. KFT's previous Editions have always been hosted from Katwe1Parish Playground in Katwe zone behind Katwe Market and this time around the opportunity is extended to Makindye Youth community for talent rediscovering and development, togetherness & unity and as well as a way of Social Corporate Responsibility (SCR). Kanta Football Tournament established in 2018 and was registered in February 2021 under Uganda Registration Service Bureau (URSB). Kanta Football Tournament with theme ''It's Not Me But Us'' is aimed at inspiring and uniting the community through football as well as helping the youth discover their talent potential in football development for a future dream career. Football is a world sport that contributes a lot in uniting more than politics, people from different races, culture and religions where all come together and become one with one language football. To provide a football tournament that influences good sportsmanship, teamwork, and the highest moral and physical standards amongst other Youth Football Organizations. We emphasize the importance of community relations and selfless service amongst our participants. VISION:
Kanta Football Tournament is devoted to fostering and providing a high quality soccer environment in order to give all players, coaches, referees and managers every opportunity as participants in this sport, while at all times promoting a sense of fair play. VALUES:
