This obstacle course is a series of challenging functional exercises created by to help improve on your core stability, balance, full body strength and conditioning, mascular and cardiovascular endurance.
This series is designed to help everyone burn more calories using EPOC(excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). Meaning you can still keep burning calories long after the bootcamp is done.
Whether you are an ordinary person who just wants a good workout , or a professional athlete. It caters for everyone and the good part is that the exercises can be modified to suit your fitness levels from beginner to expert.
It is indeed a nice way to wrap up your training week with some healthy competition while everyone still pushes everyone to complete the obstacle course challenge!
