KCCA FC forward Brian Kayanja has undergone a successful surgery according to the recent club statement 👇👇

"Kayanja suffered a meniscal tear on his right knee and has been receiving treatment untill further examinations suggested that he would have to undergo surgery.

The player is now undergoing recovery and will undergo post operation physiotherapy after recovery.

Kayanja is expected to be out for atleast 6 months.

Reason? It did not meet the requirements under article 46 and 14 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code and Regulations of the Preliminary Competition of the FIFA World Cup 2022 respectively.

The Ghana v South Africa game will not be replayed.
