When we learned how this project used table tennis to help young people manage distress, reduce stigma, and build resilience—by combining mental health awareness, early detection, and referral services—it struck a chord. It showed us sport is more than fitness; it’s hope, compassion, connection.
That’s why Spin Into Wellness at the Rainbow Sports Center is so meaningful to us. Just like ICODI, we believe in reaching people who often get left behind—youth, women, marginalized communities—making health and education access not a luxury, but a right. We too are combining free check‑ups, fun physical activity, lifestyle education, and empowering communities to take control of their well‑being.
