Breaking the silence, building confidence and creating safe spaces for every child to learn and thrive.

Join us as we empower children with disabilities through menstrual health education, interactive learning and supportive discussions. Together, we can promote dignity, confidence and inclusion for all.

Phase 1 of our Menstruation Project was an eye-opener! It proved exactly why we cannot afford to stay silent—there is still a massive gap in menstrual hygiene awareness. 🛑✨

A very kind supporter has offered to match fund every penny we raise (up to a fixed amount) from January until June - this will change the lives of the girls in our communities. More netball, more health conversations, more safe spaces.

We're asking if you can (pretty please) organise a fundraiser for us in your club/league/Uni.

Maybe you can plan:

* a full club night where parents/husbands come join in your session?

* every participant of your league pays ÂŁ1 more one week?
* running a 5K/marathon in our name?
