A heartfelt thank you for the food and pads from our parental rugby team. We are so greatful for all. This plays a big positive part in our lives and saves our players from becoming a skip lunch fight hunger team leaving a good example to the Juniors . Thanks you so much Jinja Hippos Rugby Club.

Today Hippos will be distributing food and sanitary products to 10 Jinja based Women's Rugby Players. As a club we don't have a Women's Team, but we feel it's our duty to support those who further the game within our community.

Thank to Hippos Captain Ebonga, Director of Rugby Saidi Atibu and Spire Lions Rugby Martha for the help in identifying and distributing to the players

Meet our Loiness great fan GIFT, Moreen's niece(One of our key players). Gift never misses any of our events be it training or game unless she doesn't get to know about it. She is a very big rugby fan so friendly and fun. Her dream is to play like Moreen and may be better.
Gift loves running with the ball and tackling, at her age she loves contact rugby more though she is never allowed to play contact.
As Spire Lions Rugby Center we would love to thank Gift's family for the great part played.
Thank you Baiga Johnson, Edrine Raidden Phoenix, Meta Alexious and whoever plays part in letting us have Gift on our team.
