Opinion on performance

Greetings to you all

Well, I've read concerns about Sports performances, which some have tagged onto the coaches and the lack of funds, plus other factors

I would want to let u be informed of what u already know, that good or bad performances arise from many factors, some are below;

1).Management
How well management (board) is organised matters most. It's from here that everything rolls downwards according to vision, mission, objectives, strategy, funds, personnel.... etc

2).Technical department
How arranged is this crucial section of the team? Do u have the right people in positions of CEO, technical head, coaches, medical, managers etc?
Do they understand the vision, mission of the board??
And are they implementing it to the dot or as demanded from?
Are they backed up by the board, or being interfered with by board and the fans??
In What time frame are they meant to deliver the assignment??

3).Athletes (Players)
This is too important a group in the realisation of the vision. They are the final implementors of the objectives, which if put together, should add up to the vision of the board and entire team
Are they the right players for the job, do they understand their job description? Does that align with their own targets? Do they understand that club ambition is bigger than them individually?
What usually is their body language on the pitch or truck?
Do they auger well with the technical department, more so the coaches?? And there's lots more to ask here

4).Funds
This is the driver of it all, esp these days where almost everything is hinged. If well utilised, leads to success, if not, failure looms. But it's only the key if the above 3 are well coordinated and implemented. With or without funds, sometimes success can be achieved (many will doubt this though)

5).Competitors
Always give respect to competitors. U all look up for nealy same goal, achievable in different ways. Differentiate respect from fear. Play Fair

The ISCC Football Tournament

Greetings to all dear comrades in sports, and most especially those in football in particular.

This is to thank you for your goodness and sportsmanship to compete in the 2023 IScc Football Tournament.

It was a captivating event, with non stop action from Sunday 27th Aug to Sunday 3rd Sept 2023, morning to evenings, all day long

With 10 teams in U-12 category, 7 teams in U-14 category, another 7 in U-17 category, again 7 more in girls category, and capped with 6 football clubs in the senior men category, All together a total of 37 teams, beating last years number of 31 teams. Although some known academies never turned up due to challenges, we report that 6 new academies with a total of 13 teams in the 5 different categories, participated for their very first time in this event

Special thanks for the tireless works of the coaches and managers, and above all to the players, who exhibited specific skills and talents in the championship.

We are truly humbled and praying that you and more others will make it back to the next edition.

Of course We may not have been that perfect, but we promise to improve in such areas of weaknesses for better subsequent editions, with 2024 in sight.

Thanks for following and loving us, and may God bless you all
