Exercise technique:
Get into a high plank position. Arms and shoulders should be perpendicular to the floor.
Engage your core, push your shoulder blades back and bend your elbows 45 degrees. The body from head to toe should be one straight line.
Return to the starting position.
Repeat the exercise 10-15 times.
If you feel that it is difficult for you to do 10-15 repetitions in this position, we recommend replacing the exercise with incline push-ups.
