VAYU MANDALA
Disciple: What is a vayu mandala?
Guruji: Vayu mandala is the layer of atmosphere around us. We live inside the vayu mandala, and most of the vayu sharir also live in it. We are alive thanks to vayu.
Disciple: what does a personal vayu mandala mean?
Guruji: you breathe - this is your vayu mandala. Inhalation and exhalation constantly replace each other. Vayu also moves differently in your body. It is within you: you just need to realize it and feel it. And you are also inside the vayu. Everything on this Earth breathes. Even inorganics - oxygen affects it and this can be compared with breathing. Look at nature: everything breathes in it. We are inside the main vayu mandala and at the same time we have our own. When you become one with the vayu mandala surrounding the Earth, you will live as long as the Earth itself lives. This is a very difficult task, but doable.

Ученик: что такое ваю мандала?
Гуруджи: ваю мандала – это окружающий нас слой атмосферы. Мы живем внутри ваю мандалы – и большинство ваю шарир тоже живет в ней. Мы живы благодаря ваю.
Ученик: что значит личная ваю мандала?
Гуруджи: вы дышите – это и есть ваша ваю мандала. Вдох и выдох постоянно сменяют друг друга. Ваю также по-разному движется в вашем теле. Он внутри вас: вам только нужно это осознать и прочувствовать. А вы – тоже внутри ваю. На этой Земле дышит все. Даже неорганика – кислород воздействует на нее и это можно сравнить с дыханием. Посмотрите на природу: в ней все дышит. Мы находимся внутри главной ваю мандалы и в то же время у нас есть своя собственная. Когда вы станете едины с ваю мандалой, окружающей Землю – вы будете жить столько же, сколько живет сама Земля. Это очень сложная задача, но выполнимая.
