I am sure you are aware of what is happening now in our country Ukraine. We are trying our best to keep ourselves and our family/friends safe. We are not sure what is going to happen next and when we will be able to get back to our normal life.

We have a great team of professionals who also affected by this war. We are trying to do our best to keep our crossfit business afloat. We will be very greatful if you could donate as little as you can to help us pay salaries to our team. Some of us are still able to do online training sessions in English if any of you are interested! The training sessions are adopted to a level that would suit you and to the goals you would like to achieve. This will not only help us financially but will help us to get distracted from what’s happening around us.

Moreover, has kindly proposed to sell t-shirts with our logos on them. They will be sold in the most of the gyms in the UK and you would be able to order them online!
