- is an ambitious Ukrainian sailing team, the national champions of 2017, competing in both domestic and international waters.

The mission of the team is to promote Ukraine and its yachts(wo)men within the global sailing community.

Happy and proud that regardless of the 4th year of the full-scale war in Ukraine, local sailing keeps developing and new teams join the fleet every season (despite sleepless nights, never-ending aerial attacks and multiple daily tasks to defend our homeland…)
⛵️⛵️ 🌊💙💛

We are fortunate to be a part of Ukrainian sailing community, demonstrating outstanding resilience in extreme circumstances, and to race against the best teams in Ukraine 🙏🇺🇦🫶

We started 2025 sailing season with 2 new members in our team - Sergii Zhuravlov and Олег Яценко, as Oleksandr Smolovyk is now defending our homeland for which we are extremely grateful 🙏💙💛

Despite sailing together for 1 month only, we managed to sail to the best of our abilities at the 2nd series of Platu25 Ukraine Cup and win this regatta in a competitive fleet ⛵️ ⛵️ ⛵️ 🏆✌️🇺🇦

We enjoyed strong rivalry on the water in difficult conditions and shifty winds, and lively atmosphere ashore 🙏

We are deeply grateful to everyone who keeps contributing into development of Ukrainian sailing and supports us in our journey - sailing after sleepless nights and aerial attacks is a real act of disobedience 😉

Happy Independence Day, Ukraine!! 🇺🇦⛵️⛵️⛵️✌️

33 years ago we made the first step towards our dream - independent, free and democratic Ukraine 🇺🇦❤️

Now, 33 years later, our struggle still goes on, although our dream is getting closer every single day 🙏😇🇺🇦

Ukrainians are paying extremely high price for protecting our freedom, vision and our way of living 💔

Despite multiple challenges and extreme circumstances our country, civil society and local sailing keep developing 🙏🇺🇦⛵️💙💛

The worst is behind, the best is yet to come. Ukraine will always be a great place to live, work, sail and do business, a frontline freedom-fighter and one of the most rapidly developing countries in the continent 🇺🇦⛵️❤️✌️

Kyiv sailing almost reached pre-war level of competition and this season new teams joined Platu25 Ukraine fleet⛵️😍

It was great to win the 5th Platu25 series arranged by the Ukrainain Sailing Federation and hosted by Obolon Yacht Club last weekend ⛵️⛵️⛵️💙💛🏆

September was so warm in Kyiv and felt like the 4th month of summer, which was an amazing bonus. Now we are entering proper autumn and sailing in our local waters will be paused soon ⛵️🍂🇺🇦

While we have one month of local sailing season left, we’ll take the best out of it…😉⛵️⛵️⛵️🇺🇦❤️

Thankful to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for keeping our sky safe and for this amazing opportunity. Each and every regatta is a good chance to raise funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine 🙏😇🇺🇦

After two days of close rivalry on the Dnipro river and super-close racing in extremely light wind conditions (2-4 knots, gusting to 5-6 knots), which changed directions multiple times during the races, we managed to win 3rd Summer series in Kyiv ⛵️⛵️⛵️🇺🇦✌️

Since we resumed sailing in the middle of June 2023 as a new team-we won all regattas where we participated so far-2nd and 3nd summer series in Kyiv, as well as Kyiv city championship ⛵️⛵️⛵️🇺🇦✌️

We keep training and getting ready to Platu25 Ukrainian nationals to take place in late October this year 💙💛

Team work is everything!! ⛵️🇺🇦🫶

It was great, although not very sunny day on the water in Oeresund, kindly hosted by the Danish Royal Yacht Club and arranged by sailing fairies who put together absolutely fantastic event on the water and ashore and ⛵️⛵️⛵️ 🇩🇰 👸

This time we tried DS 37 Match Racer⛵️🌊🏆

The DS 37 Match Racer is a 11.25-metre (36.9 ft) long sloop rigged sailboat, designed by Jacob Vierø in 1991 and used in the Stena Match Cup Sweden, part of the World Match Racing Tour. The design of the boat emphasizes that it is used for match racing, with an oversized rudder, and simple controls. The boat is popular as a teaching boat for beginners as well because of its simplicity and robustness. However, in Match racing, it is one of the most physically demanding boats found in the international matchracing circuit. The boat is used mainly in the Scandinavian countries, where it can be found as inventory of several of the big yacht clubs, such as the Royal Danish Yacht Club or the Royal Gothenburg Yacht Club.

Saying bye-bye to 2021 is good chance to recall the brightest moments of the year!⛵️⛵️⛵️🎄🎁🤸‍♀️🦄

2021 was a very challenging, but cool year:

- we established ourselves as a team in Platu25 class, having finished on the podium at the Ukrainian nationals with boat swap in Kyiv sea and at the open Ukrainian Nationals in Odessa (where 24 teams representing 5 counties took part) 🥉⛵️⛵️⛵️🤸‍♀️

- we faced many challenges in our main SB20 Class and learned a lot, having sailed successfully in Ukraine and less successfully worldwide (due to restricted travels and some bad luck, which we hope will be over in 2022)😉⛵️⛵️⛵️;

- we supported Ukrainian sailing and together with VKyachting, Family Yacht Club and SB20 Ukraine helped organizing many regattas and denveloping the fleet🙏🙏⛵️😍;

- we successfully challenged a very-well established crowd of Platu25 Ukraine teams, having competed at the open regattas of Kyiv Racing Yacht Club and Odessa Racing Yacht Club🙏🙏⛵️⛵️⛵️😉;

- we supported next generation of Game-Changers!😉 Special thanks goes to Julia Matsuyeva and Matsuyev Pavlo🙏🙏⛵️⛵️⛵️😍;

- Semen Dmitrenko, took 3 new roles and survived his 6th year with the team!!😉⛵️⛵️⛵️😍

- Sam Brearey and Chris Taylor, won Platu25 Double-handed trophy!⛵️⛵️⛵️✌️🥇🏆;

- Our muse Julia Freespirit was recognised a Helmswoman of the Year based on sailors’ independent voting!!⛵️⛵️⛵️🙏❤️;

- Julia Freespirit also received a Sport Master sporting rank, having beaten, together with Game Changer Sailing Team, a dozen of professional teams, helmed by professional sailors at the Open Ukrainian Nations in Odessa 😉⛵️⛵️⛵️🚀🚀🚀
