It's shocking how Formula 1 cars can go from 0 to 100 mph so quickly, but what's more amazing is how they can go back to zero in 4 seconds. That's why F1 drivers go through a lot of training to help them brake hard as they approach corners. Remember, F1 racing is a game of time and speed at the same time.
