📢 Шановні колеги, батьки та спортсмени!
Хочемо звернути вашу увагу, що у соціальних мережах досі існує стара сторінка «Федерация KUDO Украины».
На ній справді є фотографії багатьох наших керівників та спортсменів, проте:
❌ Жоден із чинних керівників, тренерів чи спортсменів Національної Федерації Кудо України не має відношення до цієї сторінки.
✅ Офіційна та достовірна інформація про діяльність НФКУ публікується лише на цій сторінці.
Крім того, повідомляємо, що колишній керівник «Федерации KUDO Украины» — самохін ігор, який продовжує поширювати інформацію на старій сторінці, не має жодного стосунку до Кудо в Україні та до Міжнародної Федерації Кудо (KIF).
🔎 За даними Офісу Генерального прокурора України, самохіну ігорю було оголошено підозру у державній зраді, що полягає у діяннях, умисно вчинених громадянином України на шкоду суверенітетові, територіальній цілісності, обороноздатності та безпеці держави під час воєнного стану. Повний текст повідомлення про підозру з роз’ясненням прав та обов’язків розміщено на сайті Офісу Генерального прокурора у розділі «Повістки про виклик та відомості про здійснення спеціального досудового розслідування».

Національна Федерація Кудо України, її керівники, тренери та спортсмени не мають жодного відношення до самохіна ігоря.
🔴 Нагадуємо, що в умовах воєнного стану будь-які контакти, поширення його матеріалів, лайки чи репости можуть розцінюватися як підтримка особи, якій оголошено підозру у державній зраді,
та потенційно мати правові наслідки для тих, хто це робить.

📢 Dear Colleagues, Parents, and Athletes!
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that an old page titled “Kudo Ukraine Federation” still exists on social media.
It indeed contains photos of many of our leaders and athletes, however:
❌ None of the current leaders, coaches, or athletes of the National Kudo Federation of Ukraine have any connection to this page.
✅ Official and reliable information about the activities of the NKFU is published only on this page.
In addition, we inform you that the former head of the “Kudo Ukraine Federation” — Ihor Samokhin, who continues to share information on the old page,
has no connection to Kudo in Ukraine or to the International Kudo Federation.
🔎 According to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Ihor Samokhin has been served a notice of suspicion of high treason, which consists of deliberate actions committed by a citizen of Ukraine to the detriment of the sovereignty, territorial integrity,
defense capability, and security of the state during martial law.
The full text of the notice of suspicion, along with an explanation of rights and obligations,
is published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General in the section
“Summons and information on special pre-trial investigations.”

🔴 We remind you that under martial law, any contact, sharing of his materials, likes, or reposts may be regarded as support of a person who has been served a notice of suspicion of high treason and may potentially carry legal consequences for those who do so.
