THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD NUTRITION
▫️Drink a glass (or two) of water 15 minutes before each meal.
▫️Have 1.5-2 liters of water a day (this includes unsweetened green tea)
▫️ You can allow yourself to eat anything harmful/caloric only until 12 noon.
▫️ Replace all side dishes from your diet with vegetables.
▫️Ban all crap like sausages, sausages, etc. It is bad for your figure as well as your health.
▫️ Eat small portions every 2.5-3 hours. Depending on how much you ate (i.e., if you ate more, 3 hours, less, 2.5 hours).
▫️The last meal is 3-4 hours before bedtime.
▫️ Have a day of rest once a week (e.g. cottage cheese/green tea).
