DUBA WANTED IN TANZANIA

🎯🥅 I won't lie, this is the kind of news that shows just how highly Wandile Duba is rated outside South Africa.

Reports suggest that Singida Black Stars have tabled a massive R15 million offer for the young Kaizer Chiefs striker, and honestly, that is serious money for a player who is still developing.

Duba had his injury setbacks last season, but every time he played, he showed something special. His movement, work rate and eye for goal make him one of the brightest attacking talents at Naturena right now.

🚨 A reported R15 million bid from Tanzanian side Singida Black Stars for Wandile Duba has now put Kaizer Chiefs in a very interesting position.

I actually understand why there is interest in him. Duba is still young, energetic and has that natural striker instinct that cannot easily be taught.

Yes, he still needs to improve certain aspects of his game and become more consistent over a full season, but potential like his is rare. That's exactly why clubs are beginning to circle around him.

From my perspective, Chiefs should think long-term here. If Duba stays fit and continues developing under the new technical team, his value could easily rise beyond this reported fee.

One thing I've always believed is that goalkeepers need games more than anything else.

Talent alone is not enough. Confidence, decision-making and leadership all come from playing consistently, and Fiacre Ntwari simply hasn't had enough opportunities to develop those aspects at Kaizer Chiefs.

This move to Kruger United gives him exactly what he needs right now: first-team football.

There will be pressure, expectations and difficult moments, but that's also where real growth happens. Chiefs are clearly hoping that by the end of this loan spell, they will have a goalkeeper who is stronger mentally, sharper technically and ready to compete at a higher level.

💛 I honestly think Langelihle Phili is a player Kaizer Chiefs should seriously push to sign. He's young, technically gifted and looks ready for the next step in his career after impressing at Stellenbosch.

I honestly didn't expect Glody Lilepo's future at Kaizer Chiefs to become this uncertain so quickly. Leaving him out of the pre-season squad travelling to Spain is a massive development and usually these decisions are not made lightly.

Lilepo showed flashes of quality in Gold and Black. His experience, direct running and ability to produce moments in the final third made him an important player at times. However, if Chiefs have received offers higher than what they originally paid for him, the club may see this as the right opportunity to cash in.

I genuinely believe Lebohang Maboe has been one of the best examples of professionalism at Kaizer Chiefs.

Every game he plays, he gives everything. There is hunger, passion and a real desire to improve the team.

What I love most about him is his humility. You would never think this is a player who has won multiple trophies because he still works harder than many younger players.

Football teams are not only built on quality; they are also built on mentality and character.

IS THIS THE END FOR LILEPO?

There is no denying it anymore, Glody Lilepo's situation at Kaizer Chiefs has become one of the biggest stories of the current transfer window.

Being excluded from the squad travelling to Spain immediately raises eyebrows. Pre-season camps are where coaches build their plans for the new campaign, so missing out can sometimes mean a player's future lies elsewhere.
