We started the morning with an enjoyable laughter therapy session, helping our seniors begin the day in a positive and energetic mood. π
Following our stretching exercises, we combined strength training, aerobics, and walking drills, using resistance bands on the legs and dumbbells to engage both the upper and lower body. πͺπΆββοΈ
Al Haj Saleh Jacksi shared his experience of participating in these sessions and highlighted the many physical and mental health benefits they provide.
