What does it take to become a real fighter?
First you must make the choice to grow stronger and then implement the neccessary steps as a daily routine. Seek out knowledgable teachers and then dedicate yourself while remaining humble. Discipline and consistency will get you there.
There is no one way to achieve your goals. However, showing up regularly, staying hydrated, eating a simple healthy diet, getting proper sleep, avoiding injuries, being a good team mate, cutting out bad habits, and looking after your mental health are the best first steps you can take to achieving optimal performance!
