沒有永遠的冠軍，也沒有一定贏的球隊，

孩子們，堅持當通往成功之路的拓荒者，我一起努力

我們常以冠軍去定義英雄，但體育運動的真正價值，是否僅限於計分板上的數字？加拿大領隊馬殊在賽後的這番感言，為我們帶來了更深層次的思考。在傳統冰球王國裏推廣足球絕非易事，但這兩年的堅守，已經悄然改變了這個國家的體育版圖：

「大家，想想我們在一起的這兩年。想想我們曾如何談論要堅持既定的計劃、堅持做我們想成為的人、保持侵略性的踢法、展現高質素的表現，以及你們如何展現出自己的個性。」

「你們是加拿大的英雄！加拿大的英雄！對於這個國家未來參與這項運動的孩子們來說，你們就是加拿大的英雄。這項運動因為你們而擁有偉大的未來。你們應該為自己的身份感到無比自豪，你們應該為這場比賽感到無比自豪。你們在每一個時刻都全力以赴，你們就是加拿大的英雄。」

甚麼是英雄？英雄不是完美無瑕的贏家，而是那些在荒蕪中開闢道路的先行者。這群球員用堅定的意志和獨特的個性，向下一代示範了如何面對挑戰。當一個國家的孩子因為看到他們的拼搏而選擇穿起球鞋，足球的未來便已經悄然改變。

今年只有幼稚園小班的你們
在足球場上會灑汗水（還有淚水）的你們
偶爾會帶球跑錯方向的你們
踢進球得分後還很淡定的你們
不知道場邊爸媽比你們還要緊張的你們
在旁邊打瞌睡的你們
在台上頒獎還會大哭的你們（教練還在耳邊小聲的說：快要頒完了，再忍耐一下喔！）

For Johan Cruyff, football doesn’t start in an academy.
It doesn’t start in a stadium.
It starts in the street.

The street is where you discover the game — not through instructions, but through instinct.

You learn to dribble in tight spaces, pass off a curb, shoot against a wall and deal with the bounce, the noise, the chaos.

You learn anticipation when choosing teams, balance when falling on hard pavement, creativity when there’s no coach telling you what to do.

In the street, you don’t train technique — you develop it naturally. You don’t train resilience — you earn it by getting up after a fall.
You don’t train personality — you show it every time the ball comes to you.

Cruyff believed the street was the first great teacher: a place where football and life blend, where problem-solving, joy, competitiveness and improvisation grow without limits.

For Cruyff, the street wasn’t just the beginning of football.
It was the beginning of character, of identity, of freedom.

The street builds footballers.
The street builds people.
The street builds the future.
