⭐️Master Mariusz Steckiewicz「跆拳道的生物力學」與「跆拳道運動傷害預防」講習⭐️
我們很榮幸邀請到Mariusz Steckiewicz師賢，為我們在比賽的前一天，帶來技術講習！

Mariusz師賢是黑帶八段、ACE美國運動委員會認證的專業私人教練和運動教練，目前常駐越南胡志明市。他從十幾歲起就喜歡上了體育運動，他最大的愛好就是學習ITF跆拳道。
他擁有30多年的訓練經驗，他是3次ITF 跆拳道歐洲錦標賽冠軍（1996年、1997年和1999年）和6次波蘭錦標賽冠軍。他曾擔任過芬蘭國家隊教練，現役越南國家隊總教練。在他的帶領下，芬蘭隊從世界排名的中間躍升至世界第五名、全歐洲第二名。他所指導的芬蘭和越南選手共贏得八次世界錦標賽冠軍，並在歐洲和亞洲錦標賽上獲得了數十次冠軍。

講習上半場為「跆拳道的生物力學」，將涵蓋套拳技巧，以及我們在練習這些技術時常見的問題。Mariusz師賢將深入講解訓練的方法，如何強化手部技術、踢技、擊破和對打，加強我們對這些技術的掌握。下半場「跆拳道運動傷害預防」則是講授平時跆拳道訓練中常見的傷害，如何透過練習和日常訓練的策略去預防。

請大家把握這個充滿跆拳道的週末。本課程將是您在比賽前拓展知識、增強技能和掌握技巧的絕佳機會。

Dear Asian Taekwon-Do practitioners

The seminar will be divided in two sessions according to the main topics mentioned above, and it will cover techniques from patterns and some of the more problematic elements while we practice those
techniques. Master Mariuz will also introduce exercises and drills to help strengthen our hand and kicking techniques for patterns, power breaking, and sparring, followed by a very important session on injury prevention during training.

今年的台北公開賽增加了「力量擊破」！
有不少學生們很想嘗試，但是又不知道到底怎麼比。在這邊介紹這次比賽的擊破規則。如果還有不懂的地方，或是想要為比賽加強練習，就可以找教練了解喔。

🪧擊破的規則🪧
1. 選手需「側踢、旋踢、後踢、後旋踢」四個指定的技巧中，選一個技巧擊破（不必按著列舉的順序，可以自行選擇任一個）。

2. 得分的判斷：完全擊破1板得三分，部分擊破1板得一分，沒有擊破得0分。（參賽者A、B為例：A擊破0片板得零分，B擊破2片板得六分，則B勝出。）

3. 如果平手時，則需再以一個未用過的技巧再擊破一次；例如：A、B平手比第二輪，A第一次是選側踢，第二次只能選「旋踢」或「後踢」或「後旋踢」。若再平手則需再比一次，直到分出勝方。

4. 如果四輪都平手時（代表四個指定技巧都用盡）：增加一個板子，重新開始。

⚠️擊破流程：
1. 主審傳喚選手，選手向裁判和主審敬禮。
2. 對著擊破架做出「保護姿勢」
3. 調整擊破高度和測量。測量一次為限，可以碰到擊破板，但是以一次為限。
4. 擺出「保護姿勢」
5. 擊破
6. 擺出「保護姿勢」
7. 裁判宣判是否為有效得分。
8. 裁判傳喚下一個選手。

This seminar is organized by the ITF Association of Taiwan in collaboration with ITF Vietnam, with the main purpose of promote the art of Taekwon-Do in the Asian region, and will be conducted by Master Mariusz Steckiewicz, a recognized instructor from Poland with over 35 years of experience.
