土城慢跑是一個充滿歡樂與友愛慢跑社團。無論是專業的跑者或是剛入門跑者，都可以在土慢學習到不同的運動經驗。
參加本團活動為個人自主意願參加，身體健康無礙能自行負責個人安全者，參與活動務必確保自身安全或自行處理保險，如個人在活動中如發生任何形式意外或傷亡皆不得以任何法律追訴本社團及任何幹部及團員。
