From December 12, 2023, the European Union and several countries have classified it as a toxic substance, urging caution in its use and prohibited placing DMF on the market as a substance, other substances, or components of preparations, unless DMF content is less than 0.3%

What is DMF?
A common solvent in the PU membranes, The scary thing is that the outdoor jacket you usually wear may contain this ingredient.
DMF (Dimethylformamide) is colorless. Traditional PU membranes can't effectively remove DMF solvent. DMF solvent has also been found to cause respiratory damage, particularly for individuals with sensitive respiratory systems.

The good news is that we have developed a DMF-FREE membrane that is DMF-free and has stable quality!
