An engaging infographic has just been released to educate the public about the diversity of Karate. Through six artistic photo frames, it showcases the visual characteristics of the major styles that have a large following worldwide.

The six styles include:

Shotokan: Featuring low stance techniques and powerful long-range strikes.

Goju-Ryu: Emphasizes a combination of hard and soft techniques, along with deep breathing.

Wado-Ryu: Known for its more fluid and efficient movements, often incorporating the principle of evasion.

Sh*to-Ryu: A style rich in kata (forms) and technical speed.

Kyokushin: Known as a "full contact" style that places a high emphasis on physical endurance and mental strength.

Uechi-Ryu: A traditional style from Okinawa, heavily inspired by animal movements and open-hand techniques.

This visualization is intended to help beginners and martial arts enthusiasts more easily distinguish the characteristics of each style, while also celebrating Japan's cultural heritage, which has now become world-renowned.
