無負擔的健身「House gym」意思來我們健身房有種家的感覺，輕鬆無負擔，人員親切熱情以外，也能培養正確的運動習慣，還能保持健康體態。
中文叫「汗濕健身房」，顧名思義就是來我們健身房運動能感受到噴汗爆濕的健身狀態。
