終結在南部上課的日子，4月才開始北部的潛水。
才在周一的泳池迎來了32度的水溫，沒想到龍洞馬上賞我一個21度的涼快！
配合整群紅魽的伴游，開季的龍洞灣，一整個精彩！
Finally end the training in South, and start the dive in North finally in Apr.
Just got heat up at pool with 32c warm water, now Long D**g give me a comfortable 21c cool water.
With schools of travelleys swim together, Long D**g Bay start the season with amazing!

【 信號燈的必要性：關於被看見💡 】
Phil 教練：「燈都開了還找不到我，我也沒辦法！」

為什麼除了主燈，你還需要一盞信號燈？
🔹不刺眼的標記：信號燈掛在氣瓶或 BCD 後方，讓潛伴在視線餘光中就能確認你的位置。
🔹水下的視覺名牌：夜潛時，大家在漆黑中看起來都是剪影。信號燈就像你的「專屬名牌」，一眼就能辨識隊友，降低跟丟焦慮，讓水下互動更從容。
🔹 安全的最後防線：主燈用於「主動探索」，信號燈則是穩定的「被動標記」。若不慎分散，或是主燈發生電力狀況、在能見度不佳的環境下，往往是潛伴最快找到你的關鍵。

裝備的存在，不只是為了功能，而是為了讓你在探索這片海洋時，能更自由、也更安全。

【 The Importance of signal Lights: All About Being Seen 💡 】

Phil: “My lights are fully on—if you still can’t find me, I don’t know what to tell you!”

Why do you need a Signal light in addition to your primary dive light?

🔹 Clip it onto your tank or BCD. It allows your buddy to spot you in their peripheral vision without being blinded by your primary beam.

🔹 During night dives, everyone is just a silhouette in the dark. A marker light acts as your personal “name tag,” letting you identify your buddy instantly, reducing separation anxiety and making your underwater interactions much smoother.

🔹 Your primary light is for active exploration; your Signal light is for stable, passive positioning. If you get separated or your primary light fails, that steady, rhythmic flash is often the key to helping your buddy find you in low-visibility conditions.

Gear isn’t just about functionality—it’s about empowering you to explore the ocean more freely and safely.

GLP-1 類藥物，一種腸泌素類藥物（臨床上常用於瘦身或糖尿病治療）現在隨處可見，從 Ozempic 到 Mounjaro都包含在內。

但當你服用這類藥物又想要進行潛水時，會發生什麼事呢？
簡單來說，沒有一定的答案，要依情況而定。
從存在噁心和脫水的風險，到根據藥物劑量而調整潛水的時間，有一些關鍵事項是每位潛水員在下水前都應該要事先了解的。

不是要你完全避開潛水，而是要請你了解自身身體對藥物的反應，並做出相應的計畫。
