Beginners Yoga Class: Tuesday 11 & 18 / April /23
Start from 10 am - 11 am
Find a better life with peace and happiness through yoga practice.
A small group class for beginners at My Yoga place in Tianmu.
I started yoga 10 years ago and then became certified in 2018. I started teaching yoga to introduce how to build peace and happiness mind through yoga practice.
I am also available for teaching private individual and group classes held at their houses or facilities within their community.
