這裡不只為了比賽而存在，而是讓不同背景、不同程度的人，都能在安全與尊重中接觸拳擊。
我們的訓練重點不在炫技，而在於：
建立正確的動作與節奏
理解距離、反應與身體控制
在合適的強度中累積經驗
無論你是第一次戴上拳套，或是已有訓練基礎，鷹雄拳擊館都提供依體重、經驗與目標配對的訓練與交流方式，讓學員能在不被壓迫的情況下，真正學會拳擊。
這裡是一個可以慢慢來、但不隨便的地方。
