這是不是你 Zumba 初體驗的心情？
Joanne 是我的高中同學
她高中總是前三名，而我常在補考重修
平行世界的我們在學生時期並不熟，到最近才發現彼此都在台北生活
重逢後的小聚發現竟然生活有許多共通點！
此後兩位張姓女子有聊不完的話題
這天熱愛健身的 Joanne 邀請我到她家
說他看了我的影片

真是有眼光！舞步是我自己編的
於是我就在社區公設帶她體驗了 Zumba
這讓我感到非常開心又榮幸！
說也好笑，高中時的我們都是體育課在樹蔭底下躲太陽不運動的人
沒想到隨著時間成長變化，我們竟然成為愛運動的女子！
雖然第一次跳 Zumba 有點跟不上
可是連跳 Zumba 都非常認真學習的她
邊跳邊問我問題，讓我看見一顆想要更認識 Zumba 的好奇心
而且從頭笑到尾臉上都掛著笑容，超級可愛！✨
很多女孩初體驗 Zumba 下課後總是說自己跟不上、不協調
我都會告訴她們只要有流汗、有喘，上課有笑出來就夠了！
不需要百分之百正確，只要過程中享受音樂、感受快樂！

Is this how you felt when you first tried Zumba?
Joanne is my high school classmate. She was always in the top three, while I was constantly retaking exams. We weren't close during our school days, but we only recently discovered we both lived in Taipei.
After reuniting, we discovered we had so much in common! Since then, the two women named Chang have had endless topics to talk about.
One day, she invited me to her house. I showed her Zumba at the community facilities. I was so happy and honored! It's funny, back in high school, we were both the type who would hide under the shade of trees during physical education class. I never expected that as time went by, we'd become active athletes! Although she struggled a bit the first time, she took Zumba seriously. She asked me questions as she danced, revealing her curiosity to learn more about Zumba. And she had a smile on her face the entire time. She was so adorable!
Many girls complain after their first Zumba class that they can't keep up or feel coordinated. I always tell them that as long as they sweat, breathe, and laugh during class, that's all! It doesn't have to be 100% correct; just enjoy the music and have fun! That's great!
