We begin to understand how an intelligent, yet simple, strength training program will make one a much better climber or athlete and less susceptible to pain and/or injuries. 我們開始了解一個智能但簡單的力量訓練計劃將如何使一個更好的登山者或運動員,並且不易受到疼痛和/或傷害。
What should I bring? Wear comfortable clothes for movement. Water bottle, notebook and pen. Chalk, gloves are optional.
Can I take photos and video? No! No photos or videos will be allowed, the less distractions the better. However, note-taking is extremely encouraged! Writing things down helps the brain to remember, something taking video does not do.
Teacher 老師:
Michael has taught yoga and neuromuscular re-education around the world for 15 years. He has also trained in BJJ, capoeira, gymnastics, and Biodynamic Cranial-sacral Therapy. For the last few years Michael has been immersed in the Ido Portal Method and has spent hundreds of hours training with his closest students.
Michael在世界各地教導瑜珈跟神經肌肉的再教育長達15年的時間,同時他也學習巴西柔術,巴西戰舞,體操以及BCST頭薦骨平衡暨顱薦生物動力學.近幾年Michael專研Ido Portal的訓練方式同時也密集跟Ido 嫡傳的幾位學生訓練幾百小時.
