Big Shout Out To
Amie and Emily on their big finish at Hyrox Taipei. 18/88 for their first ever Hyrox Comp is amazing. We have been working with Amie for the last 4 months when she made a sudden decision to compete in her first ever Hyrox Comp. We were super excited to get her on a Hyrox program that she quickly adapted to and made amazing progress with. She also decided to take on team relay and they came 4/25.
