Our mission is to help ordinary humans develop a broader, movement-based physical practice to actualise their potential and enhance their quality of life.

Shoutout to the winglady for stepping up.

Next month we will open a Wednesday night class in addition to our Saturday morning class.
More opportunities to grow those glorious gainz.
