Sharing my handstand training routine. This isn’t everything, but it gives a glimpse into the heart of my practice.
I began this humbling journey with in 2019. Back then, I was simply a girl trying to get upside down to prove to myself that I was stronger than I thought. The opportunity came at just the right time when Miguel was offering coaching.
I was hooked immediately. Handstands are incredibly challenging — they require discipline, hard work, and patience. Progress takes ages to show, and the repetitive work is real.
After a few private coaching sessions, I learned that my coach was leaving town. The only option left was online coaching. We weren’t sure how it would work out, but looking back, it was exactly what I needed at the time.
Over the years, I’ve continued following the training programs and the method. There has been plenty of trial and error, troubleshooting, and refinement, but every step has guided me to where I am today.
This journey has inspired me physically, mentally, and emotionally. It has shaped me so much that I eventually decided to teach handstands and share my experience with others.
It has been such a long journey that it has become part of my lifestyle. I’m incredibly grateful that the method continues to evolve and that I had the opportunity to be part of the first few AoH Teacher Training cohorts. 🙏🫶🏻
I never thought I would make it this far. The training has strengthened and reaffirmed my coaching. It has also been a powerful reminder of my mission and responsibility as a handstand coach.
I’ll continue this journey with a humble heart, keep showing up, and keep sharing the goodness along the way.
