十二月(12/5)女人權跑步!

Formosa hash is the only women’s hash on the island! This month we are celebrating women’s rights. Our right to run. Our right to drink. Our right to drink more, bash, then drink again. And of course our right to vote!
Formosa hash 是台灣唯一女性 hash！ 這個月我們慶祝婦女人權利。 我們的跑步權。 我們的飲酒權利。 我們的權利多喝酒，吃飯, 然後再喝更多。 當然還有我們的投票權！

Yes, the election run is finally upon us. Voting is open to all women who have run at least twice this year (December run will count). Voting must be in person – we will accept no mail-in ballots.
是的，選明年會長終於到了。今年跑兩次多的人都有投票權利（參加12月的路線也算一次）。 投票必須親自進行-我們不接受郵寄投票。

But before we vote, we gotta run! As it’s the last run of the year, the hare has prepared something special for you. We’re doing a 7km A to B run from the wilds of Wanfang to the glorious civilization of downtown Taipei and the hare’s balcony, just a short walk from the bash (and a short MRT ride from Carnegies….?)
但是，在我們投票之前，我們必須先跑！ 因為這是今年最後一次，兔子為您準備了一些特別的東西。 這次跑步是7km A到B, 從又原始又瘋狂的萬方社區到又文明又光榮的台北市中心. B 點在兔子的陽台. 從那邊只要走幾步到餐廳（而且只要搭捷運幾站到 Carnegies!）

The hares have meticulously timed the run to make sure that even walkers will be back in time for beer, wine and electioneering. But just to make sure, please pay careful attention to the rules below:
兔子精心安排了跑步時間，以確保甚至用走的人也能及時趕到 B點為了喝啤酒和葡萄酒, 也參加競選活動。 但是請確保注意以下規則：

1) Hares are off at 2pm for this run. The hare has recruited a willing slave to drive all our bags to the B. Please be at the A before 2pm!!!
1）這次兔子下午2點起跑.。 兔子已經找到一個 “願意” 將我們所有包包帶到B點的奴隸。請在下午2點之前到A點！

2) The hare’s balcony can fit 50 women, but if there are a lot more, she may need to find a different down down place.
2）兔子的陽台可容納50位女性，但是如果還有更多，她可能需要找其他地方給我們 down down.

Run start：Nearby Wanfang Community MRT, pls message FH3 for the detail. – please arrive before 2pm! Please note this is an A to B run – you need to arrive before 2pm to put your bags in the slave’s car.

November run - let’s bring sexy back!
十一月網美跑步!

After 21 days of push-ups, then 21 days of sit-ups, followed by 21 days of carrying Dr. Binlang up mountain trails, our hare is ripped! And all she wants to do is show off those muscles. So she has decreed this month’s run the SEXY BACK run, and she wants us all to run in sports bras. (Of course, if she is live haring then she won’t realize if we put our t-shirts on immediately after she sets off…)

經過21天的俯臥撑，然後21天的仰臥起坐，再經過21天揹Binlang上山，我們的兔子肌肉發達！ 她當然想給大家看。 因此，她已決定本月跑步的主題界是 ‘網美’，她希望我們所有人都穿著運動胸罩。 （當然，如果她跑全程，那麼她出發後就不會意識到我們是否有穿上我們的T卹……）

The run is going to be a mix of city and shiggy, because what would be the point of running around in your underwear if complete strangers don’t get the chance to gawp at you and throw rocks? But don’t be put off – although I live ACROSS THE STREAM, I know that Tianmu is a family place so those strangers may be small children who notoriously have terrible aim.

路線有是山路也有些城市小巷子，因為一定要給陌生人機會凝視您並扔石頭. 但是不要害怕-雖然我住在河的另一邊，但我知道天母是一個家庭住所，所以那些陌生人可能是小孩，他們不太會擊中目標。

The hare has promised to keep the run short (for her) which translates to 7km and 300m elevation. She asked if we wanted a ‘ballbreaker option’ to which I screamed “Oh God, no!” (You can thank me later). I also recommend you run as fast as possible, for two reasons. The first is the huge amounts of wine specially brought in from Costco. The second is that we are going to get the chance to judge people! Yes, it’s that time of year – election season is upon us.

Once you’ve come back, showered off, and started to trash the hare’s place, we are going to hear from next year’s GM candidates. (My suggestions – promise us runs, alcohol and food). Then we get to drink more! The hare has arranged the bash a short stagger from her place, and all you have to do afterwards is turn left to get back to Zhishan MRT, or turn right to pass out in the baseball stadium.

一旦您回來，洗完澡，可以開始把兔子的家變成很亂，我們將收到明年的會長候選人的消息。 （我對候選人的建議–只要向我們保證有跑步，喝酒和食物 應該就夠了）。 然後，我們可以喝更多！ 晚餐離兔子家很近，之後要做的就是左轉回到芝山捷運站，或者右轉到棒球場可以露天睡覺。

The GRUMPY HARE run!
不爽兔路跑！

September. The beginning of Autumn. Days get shorter. Nights get longer. The temperature gets colder (please!) And people get….grumpier.
If you’re feeling a bit pi**ed off recently, this run is the perfect run to join! The hare isn’t going to try and cheer you up, or tell you that everything is going to get better. She’s going to agree that life sucks and there’s nothing you can do about it. Except run!
九月到了。 秋天快開始。 日子越來越短。 夜晚變得更長。 溫度變得更冷（希望！），人們會變得……更不爽。
如果您最近感到有點生氣，那本次跑步主題很適合妳！ 兔子不會跟妳說 “要開心一點!”，也不會告訴您一切都會變得更好。 她也同意生活糟透了，她也同意生活糟透了。 除了跑步！

So how about that run? C**k hunter knows Formosa hash well, so it’s going to be a relaxing 6km through the foothills of Beitou with not more than 300m elevation. There’ll be great views over Taipei and a chance to work up a thirst for all that beer and wine we’re going to drink afterwards. And I’m sure we’ll have a lovely friendly down down session.
路線多長多高？ C**khunter 非常了解Formosa hash，所以路線很舒服得6公里，高度不超過300m，可以跑北投最漂亮步道也順便看見台北。 這樣讓大家很口渴, 才有辦法喝很多酒! 而且我敢肯定，我們 down down 會又友善又和平。

As it’s Beitou, the run will finish by hot springs. Fortunately, they’re only wading pools, so no chance of ‘accidentally’ drowning someone in them! The hare knows Beitou like the back of her hand, so there should also be a chance to hang out in some seedy bar afterwards. It will be a great day! Just don’t look too happy – the hare doesn't like that.
因為我們要跑在北投，這次我們當然在溫泉地方結束。 幸運的是，它們只是涉水而已，因此沒有機會“意外”殺死一個人在水裡！ 兔子對北投很熟，所以之後我們有機會在一些雜亂的酒吧 ’閒晃‘。 一定會美好的一天！ 只是不要看起來太幸福-兔子不喜歡那樣。
