4年前剛接觸跳繩時
看到有人用這首歌帶繩跳
覺得好酷 當時練根本1/10都做不到
經過時間的推移 就自然就會了

所以不要放棄覺得自己什麼都不會
不管是運動 工作 家庭
只要努力💪好像時間會帶給你成就
