⚽ 主要工作
・負責守門員專項訓練與技術提升
・協助守門員體能、心理及比賽能力發展
・依球隊戰術需求設計守門員訓練內容
・參與球隊訓練及比賽
・進行守門員個別評估與訓練追蹤

Taichung Blue Whale Women’s Football Team is looking for a Goalkeeper Coach to join our coaching staff.
We are seeking a motivated and professional coach who is passionate about goalkeeper development and women’s football, and who is willing to contribute to the long-term development of our players and team.
⚽ ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
・Plan and deliver high-quality goalkeeper-specific training sessions
・Develop goalkeepers’ technical, tactical, physical, and psychological abilities
・Integrate goalkeeper training with the team’s overall tactical philosophy
・Work closely with the Head Coach and coaching staff
・Attend team training sessions, matches, and competitions
・Evaluate individual goalkeeper performance and provide regular feedback
・Monitor and track goalkeeper development throughout the season
・Contribute to the establishment of a long-term goalkeeper development pathway within the club
💙 CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for someone who has:
・Previous experience coaching goalkeepers at a competitive level
・Relevant goalkeeper coaching qualifications or professional certifications
・A strong understanding of modern goalkeeper development and the demands of the women’s game
・Good communication and interpersonal skills
・A professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
・The ability to work effectively as part of a coaching team
・A genuine passion for developing players and contributing to women’s football
