Head Coach Wanted – Adult Amateur Football Team
Taichung City F.C. (Adult Team) is looking for a Head Coach to lead, improve, and coach our adult amateur squad. We’re searching for someone passionate about football, player development, and building a strong team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize training sessions
- Coach the team during practice matches and competitive matches
- Develop team tactics and match strategies
- Help players improve both individually and as a team
- Create a positive, disciplined, and supportive team culture
- Work with team staff on scheduling and match preparation
Requirements
- Coaching experience (amateur level or above preferred)
- Good understanding of football tactics and training methods
- Able to communicate in English; Chinese skills are a bonus
- Reliable availability for training sessions and match days
- Coaching license is a plus, but not required
Practice Times
- Monday nights
- Occasional Wednesday nights
- Sunday mornings / afternoons
