#登山訓練 這套 30 分鐘的訓練不只會讓你像專業人士一樣輕鬆登山，還能幫你預防許多常見傷害。
This 30-minute workout will have you climbing mountains like a pro (and it will help prevent many common injuries).

每週進行兩次，作為單獨訓練或加入你現有的運動計畫都可以。整套訓練由兩組 "super sets"（連續進行的動作，中間不休息）組成，每組循環之間休息 1–2 分鐘。

為什麼有效：
- 提升在關鍵登山心率區間（Zone 2 和 Zone 3）的肌耐力與心肺表現
- 強化容易忽略但至關重要的穩定肌群
- 建立核心力量，幫助你避免許多常見傷害

Do it twice a week as a standalone workout or blend it into your workout routine. The workout consists of two supersets (exercises combined in sequence without a break) that should be performed back to back, with 1-2 minutes of rest in between each cycle.

Why it works:
- builds strength and endurance in key hiking heart rate zones ( zone 2 and 3)
- strengthens stabilizing muscles that are usually weak
- builds core strength, which is key to avoiding many injuries
