在這裡邀請我的朋友們，一起精進，一 多年以前，我許下一個願要走遍全台各個鄉鎮。在四個多月的步行中，我雖然完成了這個願望但卻仍然徬徨。
多年之後，我發現原來在那段時間，我最大的收穫就是按下了屬於自己的那顆RESET鍵，重啟了自己的身心靈，和最美好的自己相遇。
