The ladies in my fitness senior class are always working hard to improve their strength, balance and regain lost mobility~
The thing I often hear from new members is that their knees hurt... and when I see their movement patterns, it's apparent they have poor biomechanics of their hips, knees & feet.
Helping them break bad movement habits, learn to engage the correct muscles (core and the usually sleepy butts 🍑)... Soon enough I get positive feedback that their knees are pain free!!
I love training my grandma's class!! 😍😍😍
