我們的瑜伽工作室在陽光明媚、四季如春的南台灣恆春。位於歷史悠久的恆春北門，是一間小型工作室，一次最多可容納 6 人。教室外觀是簡單的工業風貨櫃屋，內部氛圍有現代感和日本的極簡風。擁有鎮上最好的餐廳/咖啡館之一，是享受台灣南部練習和良好氛圍的理想場所。
Ocean Yoga 是由台灣老師 Jay Lai 開設的第一家工作室，Jay Lai 是一位旅遊經歷豐富的瑜伽老師，在台灣、泰國和巴厘島都有教學經驗。
Jay 想把巴厘島和泰國的熱帶體驗帶到台灣，在那裡你可以享受瑜伽練習，同時被傳送到東南亞的熱帶緩慢氛圍。
