洋洺釣魚技術交流協會係財團法人組織，以非營利目的之娛樂休閒團體，是由一群喜愛釣魚的朋友所組織而成的
，自2010年1月1日成立至今已有近2年的團體垂釣歷史。在所有釣魚(公)協會之中，我們不敢說是歷史最久的協會
，但結構是最為完整，且兼顧會員釣魚技術成長交流。
本會董事會之成員皆為釣齡資深的釣友。五位董事皆為無給職義工，懷抱著無私奉獻的精神，戮力推廣台灣釣魚
發展與河流環保。協會成員均為代表性單位，涵蓋台灣各產業以及熱心事業之企業人士等會員單位所組成。
