2026 VICYORY舉重公開賽

這次在備賽的過程不是很順利，在五月底的時候狀況感覺越來越好的時候，腰不小心拉到，雖然現在好了，但是六月出國回來生了一場大病，感冒到耳膜弄破，整個月訓練幾乎有一搭沒一搭。然後前天經期來，昨天經痛到躺在床上起不來，真的是吃了止痛藥還痛死的那種。

今天比賽的時候，在支撐的時候都覺得有點空。雖然這次失敗很多把，但我其實不會難過，至少開把有照著上次練習的抓成功，本來還會覺得到底會不會開太重，而且我覺得Clean進步很多，至少也破PR了，第二把的挺小可惜變成二推。
不論如何，比賽就是這樣，我也盡力了！
非常感謝這次在比賽幫我加油的大家！

首先要謝謝我的教練 ，不管今天做的好不好，都給我滿滿的支持，總是一直鼓勵我前進，下次我會贏回今天輸掉的自己！

BTS THE CITY ARIRANG BUSAN

釜山場的快閃活動邀請了 老師在現在幫大家化妝，第一次讓我體驗到韓國妝容！
當時跟老師說的需求是：黑眼圈很重、容易脫妝（請老師拯救我🤣）

第三張照片是我已經到處去玩，玩到很晚但依然沒有脫妝的照片。照片因為是在晚上拍的，光線沒有很好，或許拍不出來厲害程度，但是有朋友當時看到妝容，跟我說這個妝很厲害！自然又有精神！
因為工作性質的關係，平日真的比較少在化妝，所以美妝的部分就不太會花時間研究。這次讓我最印象深刻的地方是，腮紅的位置因為有化到比較靠近眼下的臉頰，所以直接讓黑眼圈看起來不黑，看起來更有精神！（學起來）

重點是這整個妝都沒有收費！但是老師還是非常仔細、非常用心的幫每一位ARMY們化妝🥹🫶🏻

The Busan pop-up event featured , who was there on-site doing makeup for everyone! It was my first time ever experiencing a professional Korean-style makeup look.
When I sat down, I told the artist my main concerns: my dark circles are quite prominent, and my makeup tends to wear off easily—I really needed a rescue! 🤣
The third photo was taken late at night after a full day of hanging out, and my makeup was still perfectly intact. The lighting isn’t great because it was late, so it might be hard to see the full effect, but my friends were so impressed when they saw it in person! They kept saying how amazing the makeup looked—so natural and vibrant.
Because of the nature of my work, I rarely wear makeup on weekdays, so I’ve never really spent much time studying beauty techniques. What impressed me the most this time was the blush placement—she applied it closer to the under-eye area, which instantly neutralized my dark circles and made me look so much more awake! (Definitely taking notes on that one! 📝)
The best part? This was completely free of charge! Despite that, she was so meticulous and put so much heart into every single ARMY’s makeup look. 🥹🫶🏻
She has a studio in Busan, and I highly recommend checking her out if you’re ever in town and want an authentic K-beauty experience. I’m definitely going to visit her again next time I’m in Busan! 😍💜

6/12的釜山，謝謝 BTS💜
有防彈的城市就是快樂的地方！

這是我第二次獨旅，最珍貴的收穫，是遇見了來自世界各地、同樣愛著他們的 ARMY，真的好喜歡”ARMY Friends”🥹🫶🏻

下個週末，我就要正式奔 3了，回首一看，追隨防彈竟然已經滿 10 年！能實現那個「防彈和ARMY一起慢慢變老」的願望，真的是我人生中最浪漫的事！
這趟旅行，像是一場提早到來的生日禮物，已經獲得滿足和幸福感💝

最後，謝謝老天爺讓我搶到票！！

A city with BTS is always a happy place to be.
This was my second solo trip, and the best part was definitely meeting so many ARMYs from all over the world. I truly love the concept of ”ARMY Friends.“ 🥹🫶🏻
I’m turning 30 next weekend, and looking back, I can’t believe I’ve been following BTS for 10 years now!
Getting to fulfill the dream of ”growing old together“ with them is honestly the most romantic thing in my life!
This trip feels like an early birthday present—I’m leaving with a heart full of joy and contentment. 💝

出國前一週不小心腰拉到，去釜山看BTS演唱會，玩耍了一整週，回國後重感冒吃了九天的藥還好不了，結果中耳炎，然後左邊耳膜還破掉，所以幾乎休息了三週，今天回歸上舉重！

說，上次是90分，今天可以算是80分，沒有想像中來得糟（但我覺得一定是教練在，有加持，狀態都會比較好）
下下禮拜要比賽了，希望臨時抱佛腳不要太淒慘！😅

A week before my trip, I accidentally strained my lower back. Then I went to Busan for the BTS concert and spent an entire week having the best time.
After I came back to Taiwan, I caught a really bad cold that wouldn’t go away even after nine days of medication. It eventually turned into a middle ear infection, and my left eardrum even ruptured.
So I ended up taking almost three weeks off from training.
Today was finally my first day back to training with my coach.

My coach said I was at about 90% before everything happened, and today I was around 80%. Honestly, that’s much better than I expected.

I have a competition coming up in two weeks, so I’m hoping this last-minute comeback won’t be too disastrous.
