See you tonight (Saturday 18th) for our Weights Session with Jade Woodroffe
On Tuesday 21st, Akilah Riley-Richardson will be leading our Bacchanal Tuesday workout.
On Thursday 23rd, Jade will be leading our Backpack workout.
You will need a backpack with three to four large books . If you prefer to put weights in your backpack, that is fine as well. If you can, place them in a blanket or towel before putting them in the backpack. The purpose of the backpack is to obtain some resistance. It may be wise to keep an extra book/weight handy in the event that you may wish to add some resistance. Feel free to remove books during the workout if the backpack is too heav
