F.L.Y Health and Fitness Services is committed to helping persons be the best that they can be. At our facility the vibe is always upbeat, the music is always pumping and the focus is always on YOU. Our main goal is for each client to leave each session better than they came. We work with you regardless of your present fitness level and get you to where you want to be. Our classes are small so we

can focus on each client and ensure proper form and alignment is always executed to maximize results and minimize injury. We also work indoors, for the privacy and comfort of our clients. However, because we are about improving the quality of life of all our clients, we also do an out door, fun activity once a month. With our unique approach to life long fitness, we give each client "take home" exercises. So that our clients are always 'moving'. All sessions are conducted by an AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor, specializing in Fighting Obesity, Wellness Coaching and Living A Life Free of Diets.
