IFG is pleased to offer our gym hall/cardio area for rent.

All persons who are interested in finding a sapce to host classes (such as cardio burn, aerobics, spin, dance, etc...) IFG is the place to do so.

Good Day everyone... IFG has now introduced SALSA on a Friday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and then from 6:05 pm to 7:00 pm. Each sessions comes at a cost of $25.

The Opening of SMB Inspirational Fitness Gym was headed by worship and praise which lead to the honoring of some great people at Simeon "Santa" Stanislaus Gala Event; such as Trinidad's own fashion extraordinaire Ms Jacqui Koon How, Mr Terrance Mohammed, and to top it off with the cutting of the ribbon by First Church Junior Pastor Luke Quamina who brought a fine Word from the Lord that spoke of the example of SMB is a well needed facility in the city of San Fernando that promotes the principles of Christ through health which can inspire people to live healthy Godly lives. see pics
