Forever grateful for the opportunity to play this beautiful game of basketball. 🏀

Through every high, every low, every sacrifice and every challenge, the game has given me purpose, memories, friendships and opportunities I could only dream of.

From La Romaine to different parts of the world, I’m thankful for every court, every teammate, every coach and every person who has been part of the journey.

Still blessed. Still grateful. Still playing. 🙏🏾🏀🇹🇹

🏀 Figure 8 Ball Handling Series

Today’s workout focused on developing ball control, coordination, hand speed, and confidence with the basketball.

Sequence completed:

✅ Right Leg Circle – Forward Direction✅ Right Leg Circle – Reverse Direction✅ Left Leg Circle – Forward Direction✅ Left Leg Circle – Reverse Direction✅ Full Figure 8 – Forward Direction✅ Full Figure 8 – Reverse Direction✅ Figure 8 (Beginner Progression) – Two Dribbles Between Each Pass✅ Figure 8 (Advanced Progression) – No Dribbles Between Passes

This series challenges players to stay low, keep their eyes up, maintain control, and improve their ability to handle the ball in tight spaces. Consistent work on these fundamentals builds confidence and translates directly to game situations.

Today in the Lab, I challenged you.

Let’s see how long you can keep this drill going. Time yourself, stay locked in, and don’t rush the process. Slowly but surely — control, rhythm, coordination, and focus.

The Athletic Development Lab is about building complete athletes one rep at a time.
