Coco has always taught people to see physical fitness as a path to positive change in their lives. With over 25 years experience as a wellness expert , nutrition coach and personal trainer, and yogi, coco has always helped her clients find sustainable paths to health and fitness, happiness, and self-love.
She's always loved pushing her body, and has been competitive in many sports including soccer, bodybuilding and long distance running . A medical crisis took coco into a dark place , having to give up the sports she loved and the path she had chosen. That was when the path and her yoga journey really started! Yoga never cared , about the scars cocos body had, and slowly slowly, yoga healed the scars on her soul as well.
Coco is a 500 hr RYT, having studied in Rishikesh India. She teaches ashtanga , vinyasa, yin, children's yoga , seniors yoga, meditation , acro and power yoga . She also specialises in helping new practitioners build a solid yoga foundation of strength and confidence .
Coco was born in Canada loves dogs, travelling and her daughter and grand daughters, not necessarily in that order!!
She owns a yoga studio in Trinidad and Tobago .
