We will be doing a carnival countdown challenge. We will be picking two persons that make the most progress from the start of classes til the last class before carnival and a free month at Top Physique Gym will be awarded to the winners.

Class schedule:
Morning classes 5am-6am -
Monday trainer Brandon Jones (HIIT Cardio,ABS & GLUTES)

Wednesday trainer Trichia Perez (body sculpting cardio)

Friday-trainer Chrissy Bløø Gualbance (Aerobics)

Evening classes 6pm-7pm
